June 2018 Third Thursday

The June Third Thursday event of the Summer is just around the corner! Join DAPA at Newark Natural Foods in Community Room A on June 21, from 6 to 8 p.m. for a night of networking and learning! 

Assistant Professor Phil Barnes will speak about his work on Connected and Automated Vehicles. Dr. Barnes received his PhD from the University of Delaware and currently works as a policy scientist and assistant professor at the University of Delaware. Along with Dr. Jerome Lewis he sits on the Governor's Advisory Council on Connected and Autonomous Vehicles.

Main Street, Newark, DE, 19711). The Community Rooms at Newark Natural Foods have their own entrance, located between the entrance for the grocery store and Cafe 67. Parking in the Newark Shopping Center is plentiful.
