The Town of Camden, Delaware is currently accepting resumes for the full-time position of Town Manager. The Town Manager will be directly accountable to the Mayor and Council, serving the citizens of Camden. Interested parties should have a strong background in municipal operations, management, supervision, finance, and budgeting, with excellent written and oral communication skills, and experience with computers and Microsoft applications. Applicants must possess a 4-year college degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or in a related field. An applicant that possesses Municipal Code Enforcement qualifications and experience is desired.
Benefits include a comprehensive health plan, pension plan, vacation, and sick time; salary will be commensurate with experience and education and is budgeted at $58K to $60K.
