The Delaware Association for Public Administration (DAPA), in partnership with the American Society of Public Administration (ASPA), is conducting this survey to hear from you—DAPA members and stakeholders in Delaware—to inform the Memos to Leaders project. 

We want to know what you think are the most important policy issues for local and state leaders as they begin their time in office.
