ASPA’s National Council for the Chapter and Section Leadership Meeting was held on Saturday, September 10, 2016, from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington, D.C.
Angie Kline, a PhD student in the urban affairs and public policy program at the University of Delaware and Student Representative for the ASPA National Council, was in attendance as the Delaware representative.
