Delaware Association for Public Administration The DAPA Public Service Award
DAPA is excited to be reinstating the Public Service Award, and we are seeking your help to identify this year’s candidates. This year’s recipient will be honored at DAPA’s annual dinner in December.
If you are a DAPA member and know an individual who deserves to be recognized as the 2009 DAPA Public Service Award recipient, please take the time to “speak up for public service” by nominating that person. Send us a summary of the nominee’s contributions to public service or a statement that explains his/her accomplishments. A resumé or vita may also be attached to the written summary. An individual who has accomplishment(s) in one or more of the following areas is eligible for nomination:
- Commitment and Dedication to Public Service
- Leadership in Public Service
- Responsiveness to Current Issues
- Innovation and/or Creativity
