Some 30 attendees met at the University of Delaware on February 26, 2009, to hear Paul Posner, professor and director of George Mason University’s MPA program and president-elect of the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA), speak about changes at ASPA and participate on a panel to discuss the role of transition teams.
Guest panelists included Tom McGonigle, Delaware Governor Jack Markell’s Chief of Staff, Jennifer Davis, University of Delaware Vice-President of Administration (and former Director of the state’s Office of Management and Budget), and Posner.
