About ASPA

For more than 50 years, the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA) has served the public administration community by recognizing public service achievements, developing a substantive dialogue on relevant issues, enhancing the professional development of its members, and promoting the dignity and worth of public service.

ASPA publishes its own prestigious journal, Public Administration Review, an issues-oriented newspaper, PA Times, and many other special books and materials. ASPA conducts an annual international conference and several special theme and regional conferences on public management. ASPA also sponsors a special initiative, the National Campaign for Public Service, to improve the public’s perception of government and restore confidence in public servants. The Delaware Association for Public Administration (DAPA) is affiliated with ASPA. For more information about ASPA, contact them or go to www.aspanet.org.
